Friends,

Happy New Year!

Before anything else, I want to start with a sincere thank you.

Thank you for reading, listening, watching, replying, and encouraging me with this project throughout 2025. Thank you for helping bring the podcast, the blog, and the travel agency to life. This only exists because you chose to show up, and I am genuinely grateful.

As we step into 2026, I wanted to share a few travel goals I am excited about, along with what you can expect here in the year ahead.

This year, I am really focused on making a Europe trip happen on points with my family. What I am working on right now has London as the anchor, with Paris and Barcelona close behind. The goal is simple and meaningful: get everyone on the same flight, ideally nonstop, and make the journey itself as smooth as possible. We are planning to lean on American AAdvantage miles for flights and Hyatt points for hotels because they make fantastic family travel realistic (and enjoyable).

Traveling well is not always about luxury. More and more, I find it is about choosing the approach that actually works.

Another personal goal for 2026 is to experience the world’s longest commercial flight, which is currently Singapore Airlines’ nonstop from New York JFK to Singapore. This one is driven by curiosity more than anything else, so if I find the right reason to take this flight this year, I will share the experience honestly here.

I also want to plan a standout beach trip using points, with the Park Hyatt St. Kitts high on the list. Great beach destinations are real fun, especially when the value is there.

And as we move into year two together here, I am keeping things intentionally simple. I am committed to showing up with thoughtful, useful content on a consistent basis. My goal is not volume for the sake of volume, but clarity and usefulness.

You will also see more detailed reviews of flights, hotels, and travel strategies, along with likely more on the wellness side of the game both at home and away. Success there really out-kicks its coverage. This is all meant to help you decide what is worth doing and what is not, based on real experience rather than hype. If something is great, I will say so. If something is overrated, I will say that too.

I’m also here to help you make it all come together, too. Reply or email me directly if you’d like help planning and booking your next trip.

More than all else, I am grateful that you are here and excited for what is ahead. Thank you for flying along with me and for being part of this journey.

Here is to a thoughtful, well traveled 2026.

Fly well.
