Friends,

Yesterday was my (extraordinary) wife’s birthday, my newest video is still not online yet, and it rained all last week in Dallas.

In that, I hope you’re having a wonderful, restful Sunday. And I just want to say thank you — again and again — for flying with me here.

Rick Rubin says, “the audience should come last,” and I believe he has a point insofar as the creative process is concerned. But I also don’t think you can be too grateful for the people whose stories you’re a part of.

Because our lives — and the intricacies of our stories — matter. Even down to the points we use to book flights for adventures we might not have otherwise taken.

Your life is an occasion. And your story matters.
